Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Practice owners are trained to do their craft, not to run a business. Tivtav is the one platform for the operational back office of a practice (team, inventory, suppliers, hiring and education) built to make practices run like the businesses they actually are. We're early. As a Full Stack Engineer you won't be one cog in a huge machine. You'll own features end to end, from database to pixel, and see them in real practices within weeks.

What you'll do

• Build and ship features across the whole stack: frontend, backend and data.
• Take ownership of what you build: design it, ship it, watch how customers use it.
• Move fast without breaking trust; we handle sensitive operational data.
• Shape our engineering culture and standards as an early hire.

What we're looking for

• Strong across the stack (e.g. TypeScript/React + a modern backend); you have a home base but roam comfortably.
• You ship. You care more about outcomes than perfect abstractions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: you turn vague problems into working software.
• Bonus: experience in SaaS, health-tech, or ops-heavy tools.
