Product Designer

About the role

The people using Tivtav aren't software people. They're practice owners, office managers, and assistants juggling a business between appointments. Tivtav is the one platform for the operational back office of a practice, and design is what makes something that complex feel obvious. We're early. As our first Product Designer you'll own the entire experience, from how it feels to how it flows.

What you'll do

• Own product design end to end: research, flows, UI, and the details that make it click.
• Turn messy operational problems (inventory, suppliers, scheduling, hiring) into clean, calm interfaces.
• Work directly with founders and engineers; design and ship in the same week.
• Build the design foundation: system, patterns, and the bar for quality.

What we're looking for

• A strong portfolio of shipped product work, ideally in SaaS or complex tools.
• You do the thinking (research, flows) and the craft (polished, usable UI).
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and making decisions with limited input.
• Bonus: experience designing for non-technical or professional users.
