Project Manager

About the role

We're growing, and so is the number of projects running at the same time. New practices we onboard, internal product projects, partnerships and integrations, and everything in between. Without someone keeping the overview, deadlines slip and people lose track of each other. As Project Manager you're the person who coordinates all of those projects internally. You set up clear plans, bring the right people together and make sure commitments are actually met. You work closely with the founders, engineering, customer success and our partners.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate and follow up on all running projects: practice onboarding, internal product projects, partnerships, integrations and other initiatives.
• Align the team, practices and external partners so everyone knows what is expected of them.
• Guard priorities, deadlines and budget, and flag early when something is about to go off track.
• Set up simple processes, templates and tools so projects run predictably and repeatably.
• Report clearly on project status to the founders and the teams involved.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in a growing or tech environment.
• Strong project management knowledge: methods, planning and tools (such as ClickUp, Asana or Jira).
• Excellent at coordination and organisation; you keep several projects running at once.
• Strong communicator who switches easily between practice teams, engineers and partners.
• Hands-on and pragmatic: you pitch in yourself where needed.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
