Running a practice means managing people, stock, suppliers, hiring and training. Tivtav brings that operational work together in one platform. We're looking for software engineers who enjoy taking responsibility for a complete solution. You'll work across our web and mobile applications, backend services, data and AI, following a problem wherever it needs to be solved. You might build a new interface, connect an external service or automate a document workflow. You'll help decide how it should work, ship it and improve it based on how practices use it. Our stack • Web: React and TypeScript. • Mobile: React Native and Expo. • Backend: TypeScript and Python, running on AWS. • APIs and data: GraphQL, SQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redshift and dbt. • Infrastructure: AWS CDK and serverless services. • AI: Model and document-processing integrations connected to our product workflows. You don't need to know every technology already. You should be comfortable learning what a problem requires and working beyond your strongest area. Interested? Ce que vous ferez

• Build and improve features across our web and mobile applications and backend services.
• Integrate AI into everyday workflows, including document processing, assistants and automation.
• Work with APIs, databases and data pipelines to turn operational data into useful functionality.
• Deploy and operate what you build, with attention to reliability, security and cost.
• Work with the team and customers to understand problems and make practical technical decisions.
• Help shape our architecture, engineering standards and development process.

Ce que nous cherchons

• Experience building and shipping software that people use.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, Python or both, and experience with React or a comparable framework.
• The ability to work across interfaces, backend logic and data.
• Practical experience integrating AI into software, including evaluating its output and handling failures.
• Good judgement about scope, trade-offs and when a simpler solution will do.
• Care for testing, maintainability, security and privacy.
• Ownership: you follow your work through deployment, customer feedback and improvements.
• Experience with React Native, AWS, data pipelines or software for healthcare practices is welcome.
